How much does shipping cost? We keep our shipping straightforward with flat rates anywhere in the US:

• Standard Orders: $10.00
• Small Accessories (Pins, Mini Trays, Beanies): $5.00
• Free Shipping: All domestic orders over $150 automatically ship free.

When will my order ship? All orders are processed and packed within 2 to 5 business days. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

How long does it take to get my clothes?  To eliminate deadstock and reduce environmental waste, all Cannaware apparel is Made-to-Order right here in-house. When you click buy, we start printing. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for apparel production before your item ships.

If I buy a Grinder and a Made-to-Order Hoodie, do they ship together? Yes. To keep our flat-rate shipping costs low, we ship your entire order together in one box. If your cart includes a Made-to-Order item or a Pre-Order collab, your in-stock accessories (like trays or beanies) will be held and shipped once the apparel is finished printing.

My package says “Delivered” but I can’t find it. What do I do? Please check with your neighbors or your local post office first, as carriers sometimes scan packages a day early. If it has been more than 48 hours since the “Delivered” scan, please reach out to us. Note: Cannaware is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has successfully delivered them to the address provided at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I return a grinder or rolling tray? For strict hygiene and legal compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on any ancillary accessories (grinders, trays, rolling kits) if they have been opened or show any signs of use. They must be completely unused and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return? Shoot us an email at orders@cannaware.shop with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will get back to you with instructions on where to send your item.

PRODUCTS & COMPLIANCE

Do you sell cannabis or THC products? No. Cannaware is strictly a lifestyle and education brand. We exclusively sell clothing and ancillary non-plant-touching accessories. We do not sell, distribute, or manufacture any controlled substances.

Are there age restrictions to buy from your site? Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older to browse our website and purchase our products. All Cannaware accessories are intended for tobacco or legal use only.

How should I wash my hemp apparel? To keep your gear looking fresh and preserve the life of the hemp fabric and custom prints, we highly recommend washing all shirts and hoodies inside-out on a cold, gentle cycle. Hang-dry them to prevent any shrinking or cracking of the graphics.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Yes, but you must act quickly. Because we operate on a fast-moving, made-to-order fulfillment schedule, address changes are only guaranteed if requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email orders@cannaware.shop immediately with your Order Number and the correct shipping address. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to reroute the package.

Can I cancel my order? To eliminate deadstock and maintain our commitment to sustainability, most of our apparel is strictly made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this, order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once that window closes, your item has already entered the production phase and the order cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please contact orders@cannaware.shop with your Order Number.
